How do I connect, do I need some special software?

1)skype in now optional but it is reccomended. Skype is a free program used to talk between computers, it has a very good audio quality.

2)Then you will need to go to our virtual classroom. It is very simple just surf with your web browser to the virtual classroom page and you will be prompted to download a small applet, it should take less than a minute to complete, and no special knowledge is required.

Please note that our tutors are available to help you to get started if you require help.

What else do I need?

You will need a HEADSET and possibly a webcam but this is not a requirement.

Does is work with MAC or just PC?

We support MAC and PC.

What about my computer and internet access?

You will need to have a broadband internet access of any speed, dial-up is not recommended! Your computer should be fairly recent, at least a PC with a processor of 333mhz and 64 MB of memory, basic sound card.

I am a beginner/intermediate/advance student can I study with you?

We teach to all level, when you start with us, we will give you a FREE 20/30 minutes assessment, to evaluate your level.

How long is a class?

All lessons last 50 minutes.

How many students in one class?

At present we only offer one to one lessons, therefore there will be you and the teacher only. This is an amazing value for your money.

I need help with some homework, do you offer support via email?

Yes, if you are using our paid services we do provide email support while studying with us?

When can I learn?

We are based in GMT in London, Email us with your requirements we will try to accommodate your schedule needs. Once you have booked it cannot be taken by other student. Please try to book at least 48 hours in advance. All booking are finals no refunds are given on cancellations.

How do I pay?

You can pay with your credit card online. We prefer PAYPAL or we can take other methods of payments but is best to discuss it with us. We offer a free trial to decide if you like or not, therefore we do not offer a refund on lessons paid for if you change your mind.

Can I record a Lesson?

Yes you can have the lessons recorded. For this service we will charge 10 Euro.

What are the terms and conditions?

All lessons must be used within 3 months from the day of purchase, Cancellation must be made not later than 24 hours otherwise you will lose the right to attend or reschedule the class. Classes can be reschedule once. Unused lessons cannot be exchanged with other goods or services. By enrolling and trying our services you authorize us to use your personal data for internal marketing purposes and you agree to receive promotional material regarding Italian Lesson until you unsubscribe by writing to us.
